Deposits are Non-Refundable and they are up to the Artist on how much they will take towards Your project. Unless it is the Artists fault for not delivering what was expected, all Deposits are Non - Refundable. Also, Gift Certificates are Non- Refundable as well.
In case You will need to cancel Your appointment for any reason please let us know at least 2 to 3 days in advance. Please understand we plan our weeks around our Appointments and book out in advance which cancelations really affect our schedules. With cancelations or reschedules not only do we have to find another date for You, we also might lose out on a potential client that could have been in that spot. We understand things happen, but just have courtesy to let us know as soon as You know that You won't be able to make it.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we feel necessary. We obviously will not abuse this. In cases of someone being rude, disrespecting any Artists or other clients, You will be removed from the Studio. There is also cases where physical obstacles prevent us from doing our Art the way we know how, and in these cases We might have to refuse the tattoo that's desired unfortunately if we don't feel we can deliver 100%.
We as Artists love what we do, and are super thankful that we get to do what we love to make a living in this life. We will do our very best to be prompt with responses, and designs. Also, to give You the very best tattoo, hopefully even better than You imagined.
All Artists that are in this Studio work at their own pace, and have their own unique ways of going about their process. Studio procedures, policies are just the base of that, and if some Artists have their own rules or policies please respect that. Also, because we work for Ourselves, we are just one person, so please be patient when it comes to responses from the Artists. We do our best to stay on top of it but life takes over sometimes.
